Eating food with high and low vibrational energy can impact your mood and body. High-vibrational foods are generally healthy foods with high nutritional value. They are foods that promote our well-being and make us feel good from the inside out.

What Are Food Vibrations? And Why Does it Matter?

I bet you don't know about what I am going to discuss in this article further. Have you ever thought about what these foods do in our body when they go inside.? Why do some people feel agitated , angry, and impatient? A lot of these depend directly on what you eat. Your body , mind, actions and reactions have a lot of impact over the food you eat. 

The theory is that if you eat good food, your body goes into sympathetic resonance with those vibrations and you feel healthier and happier. 

What Are Low Vibration Foods?

Low vibrational foods are simply those foods that lower your vibration. It has a negative impact on our food and it does not come from direct sources. These foods are processed and have artificial ingredients and preservatives.  Low vibration food does not contain any nutrients and vitamins. 

Low Vibration Food Examples

  • Genetically modified (GMO) food, and conventional food that has been treated with chemicals and pesticides 
  • Food with added flavors, added coloring, and hydrogenated oils 
  • Excess sugar and all artificial sweeteners  
  • Sodas and beverages with sugar, including ‘healthy’ bottled drinks  
  • Alcohol (wine on occasion if it’s organic, sulfite free and from biodynamic farms) 
  • Grain fed meats, poultry fed GMO corn and soy and farmed fish 
  • Processed, packaged, canned and fast foods 
  • Unhealthy, processed oils such as canola, cottonseed, margarine, and vegetable oils 
  • Deep fried foods and microwaved foods  

What Are High Vibration Foods?

High vibration foods are basically real and are close to nature. Grown in the direct sunlight are the best foods you can consume and stuff your body with. What you ingest from your environment matters a lot on the human body. Eating high vibrational food can also help you connect with nature more deeply.  The most important foods to avoid when thinking about transitioning to a high-vibrational diet are additives, refined sugars, gluten and refined grains, GMOs and processed foods. Everything you might expect when thinking about a healthy diet. 

High Vibration Food Examples

  • All food in its organic state 
  • Fresh, seasonal, organic, or local fruits and vegetables are best. 
  • Superfoods such as spirulina, chlorella, maca, ashwagandha, moringa, reishi and more… 
  • Pure or filtered water and water in glass bottles (avoid tap if possible) 
  • Herbal and organic green teas 
  • Cooking herbs and spices that are organic and non-GMO 
  • Healthy oils and fats including olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, and ghee 
  • Nuts, seeds, and sprouts 
  • Legumes 
  • Seaweeds and Fungi 
  • Whole grains such as oat groats, brown rice, amaranth, spelt and millet 
  • Fermented Foods 
  • Raw chocolate 
  • Maple syrup, dates 
  • Food prepared a variety of ways, including raw food, steamed, blanched, baked, roasted, grilled, dehydrated, and sprouted  

Some Ways to Increase the Vibrations of Food

  1. Mindful Preparation: Prepare food mindfully and with positive intentions. Some believe that the energy and intention you put into cooking can influence the vibrations of the food.
  2. Eat Locally and Seasonally: Foods that are locally grown and in season are often fresher and may have higher vibrations compared to foods that have been transported long distances or stored for extended period
  3. Use of Herbs and Spices: Incorporate fresh herbs and spices into your cooking. They not only enhance flavor but are also believed to contribute to higher vibrational energies.
  4. Enhance with Crystals: Some people believe that placing crystals like clear quartz near food can enhance its vibrations. This practice is rooted in crystal healing principles.
  5. Bless or Give Thanks: Express gratitude or say a blessing before eating. This practice is believed to infuse the food with positive energy and raise its vibrations.
  6. Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of clean water is important for overall vibrational health and may indirectly support the vibrational quality of the foods you consume.

Conclusion

Eating fresh food not only nourishes your body, but it helps you feel energized. You may also become more connected to yourself and have more clarity. The following high vibrational foods list is a quick reference on our journey to eating and being mindfully present. Remember, no matter what you choose to eat, fill your plate with love and gratitude.
