He remains the world heavyweight champion from 1987 to 1990 and won many awards. His boxing skills are matchless that he consecutively won the first 19 professional fights without knockout within the first round.

Mike got up early and started his day with the following routine.

Mid Day: Noon

Mid Afternoon

In the mid of the afternoon, he moved to punch bag, slip bag, focus mitts, speed bag, and D’Amato’s famous Willie bag to make his shoulder and boxing skills matchless. 

He also spent 60 minutes on a workout bike and jumped rope to improve the strength of his body. Mike added three more sets of calisthenics for the desired fitness boost.
