  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup of mixed fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) .
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional) .
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  • In a large salad bowl, combine baby spinach, mixed berries, feta cheese and toasted almonds.
  • Top with the balsamic vinaigrette dressing and toss gently to evenly coat.
