Spiritual wellness is a concept with many-layered peels. One needs to have complete control of their body and mind to pursue it. It refers to a deeper, much personal connection with your thoughts and self. It’s about harmony, a positive attitude towards your life. Noticing the mystery of this universe, in all its Wonder and Majestic’s.

It is important to be self-aware and to be aware of your surroundings as well. One has to explore their own sense of meaning and purpose. Your inner connection helps you with that.

A plant needs water and self-care to grow into its majestic mature self. In the same way, we need to nurture our mind and body to let it grow and find its true purpose in life.

Not having a purpose, will deviate you from your original path for a long time. When you discover the aspects of wellness, the best thing is to learn how to love yourself.

Being true to yourself takes guts and hard work. You need to be patient. And after all this work and findings comes positivity.

 

Spiritual Wellness creates a deeper connection and helps you grow.

The wheel of optimism through spiritual wellness

Chakra’s literal meaning is a wheel.

 In official words, chakras are energy points (or wheels of energy) located throughout the body. Believed to be 7 in number, they go from your tailbone up to the crown of your head.

It’s okay if you do not understand the true aspect behind this concept. Even I had difficulty imagining my body as energy points. But curiosity got the better of me. And I caved.

So, I did my share of research, read passages specifically directed to spirituality and chakras. It seems like a hard concept to grasp, but it’s vast in reality with a deeper meaning.

Positivity itself is self-explanatory.

But some are too nearsighted to see it. Positivity doesn’t mean you have to smile and laugh all the time. It simply hints towards a positive attitude towards life itself.

Positivity helps to nurture your soul and brings out your best persona. In the same way, spiritual wellness is nurtured by activities such as;

  • Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Prayer
  • Affirmations
  • Other spiritual practices

Peeling the layers of spiritual wellness

Spirituality is complex. A notion of intricate secrets. The most important part about peeling the layers is to know how every bit of information resonates with you.

When you are self-aware (about your needs and wants) you develop a sense of peace and harmony within you. That feeling of correctness is worth every second.

Every technique does not apply to everyone. Our perspectives and our way of looking into things affect the desired changes so it will vary from person to person. It takes a strong belief to get to the point to feel free. That rush of power is seamless.

One’s values, beliefs, ideas, and purpose are involved in spiritual wellness.

It’s normal for us to give up when we do not get the desired results in the time we want. Life is not something that just happens to you.

That deep inner connection is an eye-opener. And you realize you have more control over your life. Let the layer peeling began:

  • Spiritual core:

This leads you to explore questions; are your right and giving a true meaning to your life? You ask yourself: who am I? what do I want? What is my purpose?

These lead you to the road of never-ending discovery.

  • Deep Meanings

You realize that you have control over your life and destiny. You are solely responsible for your decisions. this will leave huge prints on your personality that will affect you and others around you.

Being this much self-aware will help you live a happy healthy life full of positivity.

  • Expression

Express all pessimistic thoughts. It helps you to speak out loud about your insecurities and certain fears. When you are not able to make sense of things and your feelings. Expressing yourself verbally or non-verbally will give you a way out of pessimism.

  • Meditate

Meditation improves your focus. It reduces a significant amount of stress and strain on your mind and body.

It calms you inside out. And also it is a way out for your anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, depression, and stress. So instead of bottling up your raging emotions, simply let them go.

Let a stronger relationship foster your spiritual wellness.

  • Let positivity in

Positivity is radiant and contagious. It makes you thrive despite the raw circumstances. it not only makes you a better person but also lets you have hold and control over your life. You are more relaxed in a calm, positive environment in your mind and outside.

You can do anything if you make up your mind.

You set the pace of your life on your level. Which gives you a sense of control and freedom to make decisions and have self-confidence.

 

So, for all those thinking that their chakra will never be right, think again!

Chakra is an old concept with a relative mixture of new and old findings.

You have the chakra that makes you more confident and in control. Then there’s the chakra that is responsible for your emotions. One that defines your ability to accept others ad new experiences. Your chakra grounds you as well. Gives you the basic stronghold that you need.

Not surprisingly. it also affects your ability to give and receive love along with your ability to communicate.

Now the highest chakra represents the ability to stay connected spiritually. This is the deeper connection that we have been talking about. Sometimes we overlook things because we lack the ability to understand it on a deeper level. A positive outlook overshadows this ability. all we need is a clear view ahead.

 

It’s up to us to a positive spin on things. To look for the light in the dark. To find what we want and need. No matter what happens….

A fresher aspect of life is not too much to ask. It's within our range to apply it when needed. Things need to be shaken up every now and then. If your chakra helps you with that, no harm, no foul.
