Regular intake of Vitamin E supplements can help you to recover the body from stiffness and soreness. Most of the male runners face issues with Nipple Rub while running since they do not wear any additional clothing inside. Women generally wear sports bras and hence they are protected enough while running. Here, in this case, you can consider applying the anti-chafe moisturizer on such sensitive areas. You can keep it in your bag of essentials. You can also try using the nip guard which is known as a plaster that helps to protect the nipples. It is important to put a barrier between the cloth and the nipples to prevent painful abrasive damage to the sweaty nipples.
