Read your immediate release or recruitment information carefully

Highlight keywords and phrases. This will help you determine what to talk about in your personal testimonial. For example, if your job posting includes management experience, organizational skills, and professional software knowledge, you may want to focus on these topics in your letter.

If you apply for multiple jobs

you may notice some overlap in job requirements. At this point, it can be helpful to create a list of locations sorted by keywords or phrases. In other words, list the rankings based on job requirements (such as leadership experience, organizational skills, etc.). This list can be used as a guide when you review your personal feedback for each specific position later.

Think about your professional experience

Start with your highlighted sentence and list past work experience to demonstrate your proficiency in these required areas.
If you have worked a lot during your university studies or in your recent work experience, what have you learned (such as leadership or management skills), and how does this work help your development? What is your work goal?
List your skills (such as leadership, oral communication, analysis) and provide examples for each skill. In turn, find an example that covers all (or most) of the skills you introduced.

List your personal characteristics

You can also list the personal qualities (such as honesty, empathy, perseverance) associated with the position you are applying for, and the challenges you have overcome.
Make sure you can clearly associate these personality traits with specific professional examples. When you are persistent or sensitive to future tasks, you should be able to set an example.

Determine the reason for your application

By evaluating your reasons for applying to a particular organization or company, you can determine how your skills, goals, and experience fit your organization or company.

Consider whether graphics and video content are feasible. If the comments are online, you can add unique content to them. If you are applying for a job in the creative field, you may find it helpful to find ways to add photos and videos. For example, if you are applying for a job as a makeup artist, a few photos of your past clients or a link to your website can help you stand out. If you are applying for a job in the film industry, try adding a link to one of the videos shot online.

If you write to multiple organizations

You may encounter the same problems in each application. However, please prepare personal evidence for each claim. You want to make sure that you are solving specific questions about your qualifications.
If the required answers are slightly different, please make a different statement for each request and make sure your answers match the questions asked.
However, you do not need to rewrite the entire sentence for each organization or function. Start small, such as changing the text to display job postings.

Explore business ethics and culture

The organization or company you are applying for wants to know if you are interested in them. They may even ask you to answer this question in your personal testimony. Do some research to find out how they differ from other organizations, and your text reflects this research.
Even if the company or organization does not specifically ask you why you are interested in them, your letter should also indicate your interest. To do this, you can add examples and evidence that they are interested in, and suggest what you can do for them in the future if the position is provided.
