Lateral pull-downs 3 sets, 12 reps
Cable rows 3 sets, 10 reps
Dumbbell rows 3 sets, 10 reps
Cable crossover  3 sets, 10 reps

Channing Tatum Diet Plan

Channing Tatum diet plan is specially designed to meet the needs of his workout routine. His trainer says that a healthy body requires healthy food to sustain its fitness. That is why Tatum eats highly nutritious foods to get the desired physique.
