Shoulder military press 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Dumbbell chest flys 4 sets of 15 reps
Dumbbell triceps pressdowns 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Bar dips 4 sets of 12 reps
Kettlebell farmer hold 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Bodyweight squats 4 sets of 12 reps
Baseball swings using a heavy bat 2 sets of 30 reps
Big 5 55 workout circuit 1 set 
Flipping a large tire Up to 50 yards
Running on a treadmill 30 minutes

Wednesday

Warm up on rowing machine 20 minutes
Kettlebell farmer hold 3 sets of 10 reps
Baseball swings using a heavy bat 2 sets of 30 reps
Active walk 5 to 10 minutes
Boxing  30 minutes

Thursday

Warm up on rowing machine 20 minutes
Bodyweight squats 3 sets of 20 reps
Weighted front squats 5 sets of 5 reps
Reverse crunches 3 sets of 10-20 reps
Pushups  200

Friday

Climbing on a rope for warm up 5 rounds
Bear crawls for up to 20 yards 5 rounds
Crab walk for up to 20 yards 5 rounds
Front squats 1 set of 5 reps
Medicine ball slam 1 set of 5 reps
Rope pulls 1 set of 5 reps
Flat bench press 1 set of 10 reps
Medicine ball slams 1 set of 15 reps
Pull ups 1 set of 15 reps
Bar dips 1 set of 15 reps
Medicine ball slams 1 set of 20 reps
Rope pulls 1 set of 20 reps

Saturday and Sunday
