Who is Tom Brady? I'm not insulting your intelligence, but I'll keep this answer brief for those not aware of Tom Brady. Today Tom Brady is a known footballer; pre-workout keeps him fit and can challenge his limits.

Tom was born in San Mateo and launched his football career from the bottom. He was a backup QB for his high school team.

He started from the bottom and shortly caught the eye of the recruiters with his fitness and all kinds of right interests.

Despite the several opportunities in professional baseball, Tom held his sports passion, and life took a fantastic turn for him. In 1995, he played football for the University of Michigan and was later promoted to captain.

This young, fit guy led his team to respective victories at Citrus Bowl and Orange Bowl. In a short period, Tom was invincible and broke more records than he could count.

Thanks to his trainers and his unprecedented effort and workout, he achieved his goal, and in the subsequent 20 seasons, he won six Super Bowls.

Currently, he plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and is seeking another Super Bowl victory.

  •     He consumes organic foods
  • Avoids processed food, sugar, trans fats, caffeine, alcohol, iodized salt, oils, foods containing soy or gluten
  • He doesn't combine fruits with other food.
  • Never combine high protein food with carb-heavy food
  • Avoid water during meals, but drink water the whole day as much as you can
  •     Schedule an eating timetable, and refrain from eating within 3 hours before going to bed. 

Tom Brady’s Workout Routine

After Tom Brady pre-workout, the personal trainer Alex Guerrero helps him remain on top physical form. Even during the off-season, Tom is known to visit the gym and training facilities.

Generally, Tom works out four to five days a week which is enough for his physique.

  •     The start of his day is at 5:30 a.m.
  •     Takes a four-minute pre-workout massage from the trainer, which massages 20 muscles, each for 20 seconds.

Tom takes 15 seconds of rest in each rep and one-minute rest between circuits.

After three Circuit training, Tom uses HIIT on a cardio machine. 

2-   Weekly Lower Body Workout

Similarly, the upper body workout Tom Brady so 2 to 3 circuits with rest every 10 to 15 seconds. And take one-minute rest between splits.
