The first and fourth days of the week are equipped with chest and back workouts. In addition, he performs the following exercises.

Dumbbell Pullovers 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Chin Up 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Bent-Over Row 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Deadlift 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Crunches 5 sets, 25 reps

Tuesday & Friday

There is the addition of shoulders and arms exercises on the second and fifth days of the week. Here is the detail:

Barbell Clean and Press 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Dumbbell Lateral Raise 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Upright Row 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Military Press 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Standing Barbell Curl 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Seated Dumbbell Curl 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Close Grip Bench Press 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Standing Barbell Tricep Extension 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Wrist Curls 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Reverse Wrist Curls 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Reverse Crunch 5 sets, 25 reps

Wednesday & Saturday

These two days of the week are followed by legs and lower back workout routine. He wants to make his back stronger. So, he tried the underneath exercises.

Leg Curl 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Stiff Leg Deadlift 3-4 sets, 10 reps

Sunday

Sunday is the rest day in Arnold Schwarzenegger workout routine. He enjoys it as a recovery day and eats his cheat meals. Arnold also performs lighter physical activities to keep his body on track.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Diet Routine
