His passion for weight lifting is matchless because he started weight lifting at the early age of 15 years. He became Mr. Universe when he was only 20 years old. Moreover, he is the seven-time winner of the title Mr. Olympia.

All the success makes him a significant person in bodybuilding. Hence, a sports festival named after him that is “The Arnold Sports Festival.” In addition, his acting career is also excellent and fame-oriented for him.

Although he had performed in a bodybuilding-based movie and his first breakthrough was in Conan the Barbarian movie. The Terminator was Arnold’s other successful movie that continued with its four sequel movies, including; Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Terminator Genisys, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, and Terminator: Dark Fate.

He started bodybuilding at the age of 15 years and soon became the heartthrob of bodybuilding arenas. His macho and muscular body got him in the lead of various title wins. Arnold won the title of Mr. Universe and Mr. Olympia with his chiseled body.

First & Fourth Day

Monday and Thursday are devoted to his chest and back workout, including various exercises with different sets and reps.

Incline Bench Press 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Dumbbell Pullovers 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Chin Up 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Bent-Over Row 3-4 sets, 10 reps

Second & Fifth Day

On Tuesday and Friday, Arnold Schwarzenegger targets his shoulders and arms. Some of the exercises are:

Dumbbell Lateral Raise 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Upright Row 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Military Press 3-4 sets, 10 reps

Close Grip Bench Press 3-4 sets, 10 reps

Third & Sixth Day

Both of these days are focused on making his legs and lower back stronger. The workout includes:

Squat 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Lunge 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Leg Curl 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Stiff Leg Deadlift 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Good Mornings 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Standing Calf Raise 3-4 sets, 10 reps
Crunches 5 sets, 25 reps

Arnold's Diet Plan

Arnold Schwarzenegger has a solid and colossal body that requires healthy and robust food to support his challenging workout routine. That is the reason he prefers to eat nutritional foods. He has a diet plan that he follows along with his workout routine.

There are almost five to six feeding in a day with three whole meals. Arnold also eats two to three snacks a day to keep on healthy munching. He used to take up to 5,000 calories on a day along with 300 plus grams of protein.

Moreover, he used to intake post-workout carbs after completing his workout. There is also the addition of protein shakes to keep his body muscular.  The diet plan includes:
