Brad Pitt was born on December 18, 1963.  He is the eldest of 3 kids and grew up in Springfield, Missouri. His father, Bill Pitt, owned a trucking corporation, and his mom, Jane Pitt, was a Housewife. Pitt basically wanted to be an advertising art director, and he studied journalism at the University of Missouri.

However, the young Pit was very fond of Production life which pursued him to films. His desires went to a high peak when he was in last semester, and then he realized he could leave. So, to fulfill his dream, Pitt left college, packed up his bag, and headed toward the west to pursue his dreams in Los Angeles. 

Pitt told his parents he gonna enroll in an Art Center College in Pasadena, but he spent many months there.  These days, he lived in a limousine and spent time from one bachelor party to another while moving to Los Angeles. After shifting to  Loss Angeles, he joined an acting class, and after some time, he auditions for a role with her classmate through an agent.  After struggling for a short period, luckily, he got an agent and also regular acting work.

Career:

In 1989 the famous actor and producer made his debut on the big screen. In 1994 he played a character in a horror movie, and the actor made his place in Lead actors Hollywood. He is an A-time winner of People magazine as a “Sexiest Man Alive” title.  Pitt is also willing to play critical roles in movies like Seven (1995) and fight club (1999). Then he started achieving many Awards for his performances in Bible 2006, 

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008), Inglourious Basterds (2009), and Moneyball (2011); he got his first Oscar as a producer for his movie 12 Years a Slave (2013). After that, he worked on many more projects like the big short (2015), Allied (2016), and his Oscar-winning role in once Upon a Time. Pitt is also known for his relationship with high-profile ladies like actresses Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie.

Brad Pitt Diet Routine

Breakfast

Brade usually made different breakfasts throughout his week. As anyone can get bored with the same meal daily so here is some different breakfast he did.

The first Priority is Eggs. Pit ate six eggs, whites, and seven yolks. This breakfast is full of proteins.

Pitt Also uses Protein Shakes for his breakfast when he is not in the mood for eggs.

Oatmeal consuming. 

Mid-Lunch Snak.

Canned Tuna Fish: Pit uses Canned Tuna Fish as it is rich in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Complete Wheat Pita Bread.

Lunch

Chicken Breast 

Brown Rice

Pre-workout Meal

Before his workout, Pit consumed protein to made his body ready for a workout.

Post Workout Meal

After a Workout, he intakes food to balance his energy. As a result, some of his post-workout meals are as under.

Banana depends on the mood; he can take many at one time. 

Dinner

Grilled Fish. Grilled fish has many benefits for a healthy body.

Chicken: To change his taste, he also ate chicken instead of grilled fish. 

Brown Rice or Pasta: another healthy and choosy type of dinner. 

Veggies: there is no one can beat and deny Veggies benefits.

Salad: Another type of Full of beneficial diet portion.

After Dinner Snack

Casein Protein Shake: This is slow-digesting shake is high in protein but very good for health. 

Low-fat Cottage Cheese: slow-liberating protein supply for his protein shake.

Monday – Chest

 

Push-ups 3 sets, 25 reps
Bench press 25, 15 & 8  reps at 165, 195, 225 lbs
Nautilus press 15 reps at 80, 100, 130 lbs
Incline press 15 reps at 80, 100, 130 lbs
Pec deck  15 reps at 60, 70, 80 lbs

Tuesday – Back

25 pull-ups 3 sets to fatigue
Seated rows   3 sets at 75, 80, 85 lbs
Lat pulldowns  3  sets at 135, 150, 165 lbs
T-bar rows Three sets at 80, 95, 110 lbs

Wednesday – Shoulders

Arnold press   3  sets at 55 lbs
Laterals  Three sets at 30 lbs
Front raises  3 sets at 25 lbs

Thursday – Biceps & Triceps

Preacher curls Three sets at 60, 80, 95 lbs
EZ curls cable Three sets at 50, 65, 80 lbs
Hammer curls Three sets at 30, 45, 55 lbs
Push-downs  Three sets at 70, 85, 100 lbs

Friday & Saturday – Cardio

Treadmill one hour at 80-90% of maximum heart rate

Sunday – Rest

After a long work throughout the week, he takes a rest on Sunday. Therefore, he did not work out on Sunday and spent time feeling relaxed.
