Stiff Leg Deadlifts 4x 8-12
Lying Leg Curls  4x 15

Day 6) Arms Workout

On the 6th day of the week, he does Arms Workout. His arms Workout is consists of 6 Different Exercises. The Details are as follows.

Concentration Curls 4x 6-10

 

Lying Skull Crushes 5x 6-12

Day 7) Rest Day

On the 7th day of the week, he celebrates the weekend, also a rest day.
