They are made of polyurethane and a designed to cradle the body to provide support in places that are put under the most pressure when sleeping. They are great for anyone that loves the feeling of sinking into their mattress, but they can also retain heat.
  • Hybrid: This model combines a few types of mattresses so you can benefit from comfort and support. Usually, they are made up of central coil springs, with a foam or gel layer on top. They can be great if you need support, but also a high level of comfort. They are useful if you sleep hot, as they can keep you cool.
  • Latex: This type of mattress is one of the most modern, it is like memory foam, and sleeps cool. They tend to be more expensive than the other options.

The type of mattress you choose will depend on the position you sleep. There are 4 main types of sleepers: side sleepers, back sleepers, stomach sleepers and combination sleepers.
