You will probably find yourself using some of these tricks already but even if you weren’t using these quick tips now you sure will do.

  • Lighten your skin with a potato

Yes, that's right! Instead of eating fries, why not use potatoes to lighten your dark underarms or other body areas? Using beauty products to lighten your dark skin areas can do more harm than good. Just because a beauty product is expensive doesn't mean it will always work. Just take a raw slice of potato and rubs it on the dark area. Do it regularly to see the quick effects.

Also, to reduce eye bags, you and put a raw potato slice on your eyes for 15 minutes and chill. Continuous use is effective.

  • A sweet or salty substitute for a body scrub

You may be familiar with this one already. The use of brown sugar (not ground) or sea salt granules with coconut oil makes up for the best body scrub. These are the most common ingredients available in your kitchen and even if you do not have any of these, let me assure you, it will cost much less than any other body scrub you occasionally use.

  • Save the lip color!

How often do you have to say goodbye to your favorite lip color? Well, not anymore! You can make your lipstick last longer without worrying. All you need to do is scrape the remnants of lipstick from the lipstick tube. You can heat it in the microwave for short seconds or use a flame under a spoon to melt it.

Take a small container (similar to the size of lip balm), pour the liquid in it. Then add a small quantity of Vaseline too. And let it cool. Now you have a perfect lip-gloss! You can also mix and match the old lip colors to create a new one too.

Sometimes you buy hair products thinking it will work wonder on your hair but sadly it doesn’t work on your hair. This beauty tip and trick is rather fascinating as you do not need to throw any unwanted hair product away eve again. But why?

Well, a hair product that didn’t work for your hair can work wonders on your skin. A conditioner is a good substitute for a shaving lotion; it adds moisture to the skin and leaves behind soft fragrance too!

  • Multi-purpose face mask
